The standard machine is with 40khz frequency. If need, 28khz, 80khz, 120khz, etc. are also available. Please choose the suitable frequency according to the cleaning objects.

UB-150B-6.5L ultrasonic washing machines are simple to operate yet give outstanding results.

Fill the stainless steel tank with 6 liters (1.6 gallons) of aqueous ultrasonic cleaning solution formulated for the parts being cleaned. Turn on the unit and the heater, allowing it to operate without a load for approximately 5 minutes. This degasses new solutions, an important step for effective ultrasonic cleaning action.

Place parts to be cleaned in the furnished mesh parts basket, immerse in the cleaning solution and set the digital timer for 20 minutes. (You will soon learn how much time is required based on what is being cleaned.)

At the conclusion of the cycle remove the basket, inspect the parts, rinse and lubricate if necessary then reassemble.
A good practice is to skim off grease that floats to the surface, and to replace the solution when it becomes dirty and cleaning time extends. Dispose of both according to local regulations, then clean the tank following the manufacturer’s recommendations before refilling with a fresh solution.
